What you'll need:
- lemon
- butter
- shrimp
- seasoning (I used Italian and Mediterranean and salt)
Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil or use a 13 x 9 pan.
Cut up some butter and thinly slice some lemons
Layer the shrimp on top then add seasoning.
I served it with broccoli but if you aren't doing low carb, the sauce would be good with rice or pasta.
